Kim Kardashian claims that her own busy lifestyle is the inspiration behind her athletic company. She always manages to fit in a workout despite her hectic schedule.
I don't always have the time to change during the day. She told Vogue, "I'll get up, get dressed for exercise, drop my kids off at school, come back, work out, and then head straight into a meeting."
The 44-year-old reality TV personality admitted that she uses "lots of weights" while she works out at the gym, referring to herself as a "big weightlifter."
Kim disclosed that she exercises for one and a half hours each day, incorporating "weights and stretching, and a little bit of cardio."
She also disclosed to Vogue that she had to modify some of her workouts due to a recent back problem.
"I need to work on my lower body to maintain my tone. I work on my upper body for a few days. We focus on that body area for the day, which is what I normally choose," she explained.
